Guilt-free BFD protein pancakes

This Memorial Day weekend, treat yourself with these guilt-free BFD protein pancakes! They are easy, clean and gluten free! The topping options are endless – we recommend berries for an antioxidant boost!

Ingredients:
– 1 scoop BFD Protein Powder
– 3 egg whites
– ½ ripe banana
– Almond milk (to your desired consistency!)

Directions:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth – adding more almond milk as you’d like
  • In a pan over medium heat, pour 1 tsp coconut oil to coat the pan
  • Pour batter into the pan, cook until bubbles appear (1-2 minutes) then flip and repeat on other side
  • Transfer to plates and top with your favorite fruits, nuts or sugar free syrup!
