Our products are generally shipped USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS Ground (3-5 business day delivery). We do not deliver to PO boxes, so please include a physical address in the case your billing address is a PO box.
The BFDNutrition website ships product within the lower 48 United States and other select areas. If you are unable to place your order online due to shipping issues, please email us at support@bfdnutrition.com.
General Policy: Most orders ship within one business day from when the order is received. In-stock orders received Monday thru Friday, before 11:00 a.m. Arizona time generally ship the same day.
In-stock orders received after 11:00 AM Arizona time are generally shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. All orders ship within 5 business days or the customer will be notified.
