3 Steps to the Finish Line
I want to exercise/work-out! I love to exercise/work-out! I like the way I feel after I exercise/work-out! I like the way my clothes fit after I have been exercising/working-out! Why then do I become a slacker more times than I want to admit? It’s time to get re-focused! My mission is simple, set my goal and go for it! I will write my goals down, and put it in my schedule like my job and my other responsibilities.
Here are my 3 steps to the finish line.
- Set my Goal in Writing. (Exercise/Work-out 3-4 times a week and 30-45 minutes each time)
- Get Physical (get my heart-rate up – Move!)
- Have Fun (make sure I am enjoying myself, I will have a much better success rate if I am having a blast!)
I have my pen and paper in hand for a fresh new start – goal.
